On data.gouv, Le Monde publishes the datasets produced as part of its survey “300 contaminants in our groundwater: pollutant by pollutant, our analysis of groundwater in France”.
We can compare with European Waters initiative "The Hidden Crisis in Europe’s Groundwater which provide data and also methodology.
