Morgan Large in 2020, together with a number of journalists, she founded the bilingual online investigative media Splann (with a local Breton language and a social and cultural justice angle), inspired by the Disclose model.
“Splann !” is an association under the law of 1901 – french administrative form --, whose aim is to produce journalistic investigations of public interest in Brittany and around the world, in French and Breton. Its head office is in Guingamp, in the Trégor region (Côtes-d’Armor).
Since May 2022, the https://splann.org website has been recognised as an online press service by the Commission paritaire des publications et agences de presse (CPPAP).
