Rémie Fraisse: his death is recognised as the act of the French state and its repression of activists

In January 2018, the judges finally dismissed the case. At the time, Jean-Pierre Fraisse, the father of the young activist, commented: ‘Justice is taking orders, reason of State has prevailed’. The decision was upheld on appeal, then on appeal to the Supreme Court, and no trial was held.
