I’ve been trying for months to establish contact and discussion with EU users of kyoritsu products. No answer.
I’ve been trying to get get a quote for kits
with their online form CONTACT US - KYORITSU CHEMICAL-CHECK Lab.,Corp.. Several emails and no answer.
My emails were in English. I’m asking for help from people around me who have lived in Japan, especially as I’m convinced that I’m doing things that are culturally not accepted in my emails.
One of the returns was:
if the address isn’t written in the right order in Japanese, the letter won’t arrive
There’s a rigid, stubborn side to it (I’m sorry I had nothing to do with it - note from a Japanese person’s discussion), we’re no good at foreign languages and we’re rigid, it’s terrible.
if we don’t understand, we don’t try to understand
